There is no app for the coach to edit and create programs and the messenger doesn't send notifications to my phone, instead I get a pile of emails that I have messages. Seamless connection to clients, keyboard shortcuts, quick programming tools and organization. Within the last couple of months, we released our new Habit tracker feature which has been a highlight for coaches who want to provide nutritional & lifestyle coaching in addition to personal training. We also just launched our new wearables integration for more lifestyle options. We are also very proud to announce we have a planned overhaul and enhancement coming to our Nutrition section. This has been a major request for our coaches and we have listened to the feedback provided. We are excited to get this launched in the next few months for coaches to explore. I LOVE the training portion and the structure/layout of it all. I like the way that it breaks the workouts down and keeps your logs for history. I would love to be able to move everything to one platform and the nutrition portion just isnt as comprehensive as I would love it to be. A way to check-in or create a check-in form would be great! I love the how easy it is to use the application. User interface looks and functions great. There are a ton of resources for each exercise type. These resources are linked to explanatory videos. For example, when an exercise is completed, not completed or skipped on a certain day, the coache should be able to maybe send a link to that day to provide comments for that day. The TrueCoach platform is so intuitive for both my clients and me. Writing workouts is quick and easy with the way the field populates the exercise name as I'm typing it and automatically links the video I want. There's also a vast library of exercise videos, and when I want to upload my own video, the process is smooth and quick. My favorite feature is being able to do a simple keyword search to bring up every time I've ever put a specific exercise in their program in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach? There is nothing that I find 'least helpful' about TrueCoach. It provides me with everything I need and gives my clients a smooth interface to engage with for each of their woriouts. I've not had one complaint from a client about using TrueCoach. While delivering results is the most essential part of being a coach, if you can remove friction from a client's life by providing the service to them smoothly and without difficulty, it goes a long way with the client.
