TrueCoach is a very easy to use platform for both myself as the coach and for my clients. The format allows me to plan sessions weeks in advance and to structure sessions how I want. I love the video attachments to show client what the movement should look like, the ability to tie a clients progress with the skill or lift history! I would like if you would have the option to white label it to match brand of gym. If we were able to add a fun logo and color scheme - it would tie into the our website more. What I like about TrueCoach ease of use and what I find most helpful is the search engine. Once I found what I needed I was able to get my online business up and running. I think that is a great Idea for someone just starting out. Then if they CHOOSE to add on more clients then that pricing would come i to play. The best thing about TC from the coach's side is that I can program for my clients quickly and instantly see their progress to know what is the best thing to do next. It would be great to have the emailed version of the workout include workout history, for those times that the client does not have wifi or service in their area. I REALLY like how there are video demos for my clients and the fact that they can leave notes on each individual workout or the workout as a whole. I also like that i can Copy and paste certain exercises if i want them to do the same thing in 2 weeks time or if i feel like another client could benefit from the same program. Some of the glitches when trying to write a program for someone are that it wont save for various reasons or i ccan'tsave a circuit if it isnt named. Other than that i like Truecoach overall. I love the main features of being able to write programs, upload videos and message clients. The user experience for coaches is pretty seamless. I wish there was a tracking feature to measure progress over time for each exercise (Everfit app is really great for this). There have been several bugs with clients not being able to upload videos. TrueCoach allows me to program workouts for my clients very easily and communicate with them effectively. They can publish workouts and videos easily as well. I haven't used a better software.
