The client/trainer community line is easy and straightforward. As a client, I have a clear understanding of what to do for my workouts. In addition to 1:1, I also offer group online coaching where I provide programming for hundreds of people in three different tiers. I wish there was an option where I create the program within TrueCoach, use zapier or something to automatically trigger them to be added to the program when they purchase on my website during my registration week, and I envision them being able to see both their program that they're part of, but also a group "chat" or forum section where they can share their progress/hold each other accountable, answer each other's questions, etc. I know you can assign people a program you've already created, but I have hundreds of people in three diff programs, and I think it's missing a community component. TrueCoach provides a simple platform for delivering workouts and communicating with my coaching clients. It is very easy to build and save workouts and create customized exercises with my own videos. For example, in order to give video feedback to my clients I must download the video, create feedback in a different app, and then upload the feedback video back to TrueCoach. It would be nice to be able to do this all in-app. There are also some features that I would love to see added to the app. For example, a community forum space for my group programs. I love the video feature and the ability to communicate with my clients in a variety of ways, either in the workout or just on the platform itself. It is also perfect if you also do nutrition plans, as you can upload them, set goals and upload measurements and additional progress. The ease of uploading workouts and edit them accordingly is great. I also love that I can plan out and copy and paste months in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach? Honestly, not much. If they don't have an exercise video in the database, you can easily add one via your own video or youtube. It provides a much better client experience for online coaching than sending generic excel or word documents. I can't be there to coach them in person, but the videos allow me to ensure they are moving the best they can or understand the movement more. It also has the accountability piece which is huge! It's very customizable; so no matter what kind of goals, habits, metrics, etc. you want your clients to track, you can make it happen. You don't have to stick to just the exercises in their library. We're a nutrition coaching company, so we can add a lot of personalized eating-related habits. I also love that it integrates directly with MyFitnessPal. I wish it could integrate with other food tracking platforms besides MyFitnessPal (as they make changes, I see more and more people changing to other food tracking platforms like Cronometer).
