Fast, easy to program, and very customizable. The ease of including your videos and giving instructions. I typically know what I want for a client before sitting down to put it on paper. Truc Coach makes this process easy and I can generally get it done in 10 minutes or less. Creating program is a nice feature. I like that I can add my own videos or link other videos. Client auto payments are good too. Habits feature is nice but needs work. The habit feature needs the ability to define SMART goals. Would like to be able to pause a client's payment and not have to cancel and restart. That sucks when you train online clients through Zoom. It is an important metric for my coaching business, and the biggest drawback currently. I haven't switched to another platform because it's easier to create programs in Truecoach.
