TrueCoach allows me to get away from the PDF files and use their trusted software to deliver my programs. Not only that, but the software allows me to attach videos, instruction, and allows my clients to track their workouts. To me, that is more than enough, but they go beyond that. TrueCoach can also write programs for groups, add progress pictures, create nutrition goals, track metrics, add payment methods, and a messenger app to communicate with my clients in one space. There is not much that I dislike, but, I do find myself using two other things that might be able to be added to TrueCoach over time. One is a scheduling service that I book sessions, consultations, and assessments. The other is a group-style app (trainherioc) that allows me to create a team that follows plans along a set course. TrueCoach makes planning and delivering workouts convenient and effective. It's better for me because the software is designed to be navigated with ease, and I can track all progress from my clients in one space. The ease of use. The ability to build complex programs seamlessly and to change between groups or individual messaging on the platform. The metrics are hard to understand or show a client's change over time. I would love access on my phone via an app to edit and make changes to programs on the fly. Orginizational tools such as the format of order with available demo videos in library. Also the easy ability to upload own videos to demo exercises. At times, format can be glitchy and upload workouts/exercises incorrectly. Payment plans can also be difficult to interpret from programmer and user side. Maintenance to fix bugs and glitches are good except for the inability to communicate with staff during downed times. The layout for adding in programming for my clients has simplified my life. And the ability to add video explanations and talk to my clients through the app is a lifesaver.
