**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

TrueClicks gives an in-depth audit of all our accounts customized to the actual goals for those campaigns. The result is more actionable insights and less other stuff to sift through to get them. The product demo and onboarding at the start was also fantastic, with a genuine desire to ensure we got tangible value from the software before commencing our subscription.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

So far, it is doing everything we need it to do. I wish that we had found TrueClicks sooner

If you're considering a Google Ads management tool, I recommend checking it out and scheduling a product demo.

Finding time to get everything done and have insights as close to real-time as possible is always a challenge. TrueClicks helps us address this by:
1. Running audits of our campaigns every 1-2 days
2. Alerting us to issues
3. Highlighting any issues that are still outstanding since the previous audit
4. Tracking activity on our Google Ads accounts
5. Saving us a stack of time

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

TrueClicks gives a great overall look at all of your accounts, it's easy to get the "big picture". It also gives concrete recommendations on what to improve on your accounts. One can also fix things directly from the tool. With the tool's own "TrueClicks Score" you can compare different accounts with each other and see quickly if there are any essential changes that need your attention.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

Adding more features to better analyze the Quality Score would be helpful.

**What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool finds the problems on your accounts you have to fix and by doing that it saves you time and money. It also finds great growth opportunities!

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

Trueclicks tells detailed info what to fix. TrueClicks score and progressing on different tasks are easy to follow. I use minor audits everyday and get the latest problems.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

Very few of the tasks are hard to understand. Maybe guides on youtube would work to open the issue? TrueClics offers english negative terms and I use it on Finnish and Swedish advertisement. This is not big problem.

It is easy to use

I add every week new search terms and find negative terms. Sometimes I block search terms as negatives. TrueClicks tell me instantly what is the problem. I also have started to control over smaller ad groups thanks to TrueClicks.

Fact that you have a very clear overview of what's going on in your account. In a quick glance, you know where your priorities should lie and that's very helpful on a timesaving point of view.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

Nothing comes to mind really. Maybe the linking of new accounts could be made even more dummy proof, but other than that, nothing to add specifically (for now :))

**What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said above, it's very handy to have a onepager overview of all accounts and being able to filter on only your POC account to check on a daily basis and kick off your day with a health check for all accounts. It's much less time consuming to have this overview of all accounts instead of having to go into each seperate account in google ads.

It's a very thorough tool! I like how it checks for even search terms as well.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

It takes a while to run but that's understandable, given most accounts at dentsu are gigantic. But I would like it if TrueClicks could also integrate Bing accounts too for auditing.

**Recommendations to others considering TrueClicks:**

Pay attention to broken URLs, campaigns/ad groups running w/out keywords, etc.

**What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would like to also be able to integrate Bing accounts too so I can review all audit findings in one tool. This benefit would save me time.

Honestly, the software is great! I have nothing that I dislike about it so far.

We're able to fix broken site links and extensions. With the daily emails and alerts within the software, we're able to recognize which clients have broken links so we can get those fixed asap.

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

I like the insights that TrueClicks is offering. Especially, it gives better recommendations than Google opti score, and for each recommendation, there is a clear explanation to why this change is important. It's also nice to quickly see the most urgent errors or checks needed in the account.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

The query mining on n-gram is not very useful, although it's suitable for insights, in our language, we cannot use it as a base for adding queries. But this is only a minor detail.

A lot of issues on dissapprovals, errors, broken url's, extensions etc. All the things you do not get a decent reminder from google, you can find easily within trueclicks.

This tool is really made by PPC experts for PPC expert. All features are great to monitor the quality of your campaigns and make sure best practices are applies at all time.

Sometimes data is a little out - for example, it shows data from 365 days, which isnt always relevant (i.e I've removed keywords in the recommendation)

I've worked in PPC for a number of years. Managing accounts on a daily basis is time-consuming and confusing. TrueClicks helps. It's easy to use, saves time and spots issues that I would have otherwise missed. The recommendations are also always great. The support and onboarding were brilliant. Big shout out to Nathaniel Clarke. All in all a happy customer.

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

Overall, I love how impactful the tool is right out of the box - you just sync the account, let it run the audit, and review the recommendations. As a manager, it is a great tool to get a pulse on accounts. The scoring aspect of the tool gives us an internal measure of how well an account is set up and the organization of the items gives us a good view of where to focus. The monitoring part of the tool is very valuable to flag urgent issues and replaces the various scripts we'd have use. The daily reports that get sent out provide us with the visibility we need right within our inboxes.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

Not too much I dislike about TrueClicks, its very well-built. The only part that I get hung up on is the grading and weight applied to the items are all standardized, which is excellent for a quick glance and what we need from a tool, but ignores some context in the account and across campaigns. There is an option to customize the items, which helps alleviate some of this, however, and I could see how having the weights super customizable would take away from the ease of use.

You have overview in how your accounts are performing. Besides, you see can categorise the accounts. And it is up to date with the Google updates. The little checks I can see in TrueClicks, like when an URL is down.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

Sometimes there is no connection with Google Analytics, but you can not get rid of that action. TrueClicks will give you always that signal. Also with smart bidding, we don't do the bid managements manually, but therefore we get a lower score. It is not a perfect match with the reality.

Quick wins. But not the most intense stuff. Just little things that need to be fixed. Sometimes if you're looking in Google ads, you don't see the problem. Therefore TrueClicks helps.

Having an overview of all the Google Ads accounts that I manage proved to be an excellent opportunity to tackle urgent issues and errors right away, without wasting any time. On top of that, the deep dive into individual accounts allowed me to optimize said accounts with more efficiency.

Sometimes, running an audit can take anywhere from 10 to 20 or even 30 minutes, which is a bit time consuming if I need to optimise an account as soon as possible.

At first, the tool might seem rough around the ages, but the more you use it, the more you'll realize it is a must-have.

I like the error part, where I go in almost every day to discover any errors in the account. I also like the ability to customize it for every business needs. The tool gives me a perfect overview of where to take action.

There is nothing I can come up with except that we are limited to only 500 000 euro spend and that we have to disconnect accounts to add new ones.

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

Getting a quick overview of all of my departments’ accounts and their “health”.

Alerts, urgent issues, errors, disapprovals: Instead of setting up multiple scripts for each account, checking several Google Sheets, etc now we have everything in one place. This saves time and reduces risk that anything is missed.

Prioritizing optimizations: What can I do that gives the account the most impact in the next 30 minutes I have left? Because TrueClicks is helping to sort based on impact, this really helps saving time.

Not possible to give users access only to specific accounts.

**What do you like best about TrueClicks?**

Trueclicks quickly gives valuable insights into every account of the current status. What can be improved? Are there any broken URLs? Are there other areas that have to be looked at? We work with multiple MCC's and numerous accounts, so having Trueclicks offer one complete overview makes setting priorities much easier.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

If I am not mistaken (maybe it is already changed), it is only possible for one account to connect to Google Ads to implement the changes directly. So we picked our most significant account for this. It would be a plus if other accounts could also have such a connection.
Another thing is that the search console can only be linked from one account for each country. It might be good to disable this metric if one account inside a country has already been connected. This is just a minor issue.

Google Ads does not give a good overview. It is easy to miss a problem. Trueclicks can spot this better. PPC specialists use it daily, and the marketing manager can log in once a week to see what the status of the accounts look like. Having such an overview is very valuable.

I like how the tool is organized. It makes it very easy to use and understand.

Not all the suggestions are 100% relevant for every account, but I can't complain because this is just a tiny imperfection.

What I like most is that notifications are clear and it is easy to find a solution to the problem.

It bothers me a bit that sometimes it happens that even though the problem is solved, in True Clicks, we can still see notifications and we need to run audit manually, but it is ok. It does not take that much of our time.

It's really easy to use and very well-connected to the campaigns, so fixing issues becomes super fast and simple.

The "grading" is done by a machine so in some cases it calculates in some irrelevant items that affect the overall grade

Disapproval issues and optimization tips to help improve the performance of my campaigns.
Saves time when there's a lot of fixes to be done cause all the relevant campaigns are easily accessible.

It would be nice if there is automatic link with AdWords where you can change everything per subject. Currently you only can change small amount of things, such as adding keywords.

Daily Monitoring and Auditing and the really helpful recommendations. Also the possibility to customize every audit. Also i like the support which answers very quick and is always helpful and friendly.

There is nothing yet i found which i dislike. There is always space for optimisations but in total i am really happy about the tool.

I like how easily identifiable most of the checks are in auditing and the visibility it provides on areas of improvement.

**What do you dislike about TrueClicks?**

It took a while to get used to the user interface, specifically when editing things like custom attributes, which isn't intuitive and can sometimes be glitchy.
The lag when pulling results after making optimisations (due to a need for impressions) can also be frustrating.

**What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for me is gaining an easy view over multiple Google Ads accounts and ways to run them more efficiently. It's also useful for highlighting serious errors with accounts.

Daily monitoring from your Google Ads accounts, when there are urgent errors, you get notified and can fix them!

I think the application gives more common suggestions. Also, they have no link with the Microsoft Ads account available
