True Blue Service is field service management software for independent operators and growing multi-crew service companies. It connects office staff and field technicians through a web platform and native iOS and Android apps, with English and Spanish support. Businesses can schedule and assign jobs, manage customer records and job history, create estimates and invoices, collect payments, and capture photos, notes and signatures in the field. A company pricebook organizes services, supplies, labor and equipment. The AI line-item assistant uses job notes and pricebook data to suggest estimate or invoice items for users to review, edit and confirm. True Blue Service supports residential and commercial service businesses across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, landscaping, pool service, appliance repair, cleaning, roofing, pest control, garage-door service and other field trades. Additional capabilities include service memberships, QuickBooks Online integration and CSV import and export. Published subscription plans provide clear seat allowances and options to add team members as the business grows.
