I got the lifetime deal, and it's worth it. You have session recordings, polls, surveys, heatmaps, funnels, and smart funnels. It's a great alternative to HotJar (if you purchase the lifetime deal). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They need to fix the design on the polls, especially for mobile. I don't like how it pops up in the middle of the screen. I would put it at the bottom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bought it primarily to replace another tool to create Heatmaps for my website. It goes a step further and select the pages from which data has to be collected with the option to set up various criteria like simple exact match or active/inactive status. Definitely loving the integrations. Hoping iOS is in the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yet to fully test out the surveys as that wasn't my primary case but glad to know that it is here without the need for another tool. I am giving this 9/10 for now and if it helps me replace GA and some of my other tools it will definitely be a full 10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
