I used various tools with heatmaps, but TruConversion's heatmaps are so far the easiest to understand and use. Also apps integrations (CRM) are a great asset. **What do you dislike about TruConversion?** Since TruConversion is very complex tool, I found it a bit overwhelming. One must know what the outcome he expects, so he can set up tracking properly. I took me some time to get to know all settings and options to tailer the tracking properly. Also price-wise is not cheapest. The cheapest plan is 49$ a month. **What problems is TruConversion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Along with other things, we tried to utilize the heatmaps to visualize the behaviour to help us optimize the website. It was exactly what I expected. Heatmaps work just great. ### 2. And I use a smart funnel tracking feature to measure how my site visitors move throughout my funnel, especially I track where they drop off, so I can fix and improve it for higher conversion. **What do you dislike about TruConversion?** I have trouble with their OLD User Interface design site, seriously I just hate that and if they can improve only their user interface, this will be a kick-ass user tracking tool, that will be even more easy-to-use and pleasing to the eye. **What problems is TruConversion solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use it for over-the-shoulder tracking via their session recording feature to analyze how my site visitors interact with my pages and I use the smart funnel feature to track the performance of my funnel. ### 5. You have session recordings, polls, surveys, heatmaps, funnels, and smart funnels. It's a great alternative to HotJar (if you purchase the lifetime deal). **What do you dislike about TruConversion?** They need to fix the design on the polls, especially for mobile. I don't like how it pops up in the middle of the screen. I would put it at the bottom. **What problems is TruConversion solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am tracking my users' movements throughout the site and funnels.
