I have been a customer for 20 years. I use ITS Dispatch. I was told RMIS would integrate with ITS Dispatch. Upon set up, was told it would not integrate.. Did not finish with set up. Can't get anyone to refund the money I was charged prior to ever using the product. I am extremely frustrated. I have been left on hold for 50 minutes at a time with no response. The emails went unanswered. Now I am told they will not refund my money. This is how they value a 20 year client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
