If the brokers cannot fill in all the field, before posting the load, it should be rejected. It would also be helpful if it showed the amount of time a carrier should be in business for, before they are eligible to haul with that certain broker. This should be listed in "View Details". I also appreciate the carrier letter ratings which help us determine one company over another. **What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?** I do wish that if a carrier has a negative report that we would be able to see that on their scoring to help warn againist bad behavior trends some have. There is really nothing that shows that sort of information so there is a chance that someone could be double brokering loads and really have no clue unless you subscripe to a site like Carrier 411. Also a direct line to safety score without having to leave the site would be great as well. **What problems is Truckstop Load Board solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at this time. The website does seem to take a long time to load and reload more often than it should. We have determined that it is the website as others we are using at that same time do not have those delays. ### 38. There was a short period when invoices took longer to process. There are great loads on the app without of a doubt, when I call, there will be a story as why I can't book the load. It is up to the discretion (more like at the mercy) of the individual (male or female). But I am sure there will be 355 million voices to say otherwise.
