Like any piece of new technology, it can be a daunting task to teach new users the right and wrong ways to utilize the program. Even the most basic, easy to use software has its drawbacks and Trucker Tools is no different. ELD setup is probably the number one item I'd like to see more streamlined in the future. As it stands now it takes a day or more for new setups to go through and if you have a hot load or another emergency, it's not possible to utilize ELD when the carrier has a new setup. Trucker Tools was incredibly easy to implement. We almost never have an issue or an outage with Trucker Tools and the integration with our TMS. However, if we do, their support team is extremely responsive (typically respond within 15 minutes). Additionally, we have a great customer enablement team with Kaitlin Coburn leading the charge! Everyone I have ever worked with at Trucker Tools is knowledgable, and you can tell that caring about customers is engrained in their company culture. We use this as a tracking platform and load board primarily. It works very well out of the box, but an integration between our TMS and Trucker Tools streamlined the process.

Support is very helpful not only for our users, but also the drivers as well. They are happy to reach out direct to the driver and help them resolve any issue.
