Truck Packer is 3D load planning software for teams that move gear for a living: touring productions, theater companies, AV and lighting warehouses, rental houses and freight teams. The problem it solves is simple and expensive. Most crews find out whether the truck fits at the dock, with the clock running and the crew standing around. Truck Packer moves that discovery to the office. You import your case list from a spreadsheet or CSV, or pull it from a system you already run, and build the pack in a 3D editor where every case can be rotated, zoomed and inspected. If you would rather not place cases by hand, AutoPack generates several complete layouts that respect your stacking and weight constraints, and you pick the one you like. The output is what makes it stick with crews. You export the plan as a PDF, a report, or a shareable crew view, so the people physically loading the truck see the same plan the production manager built. A loadout checklist tracks what is on and what is missing. Weight visualization shows how the load sits before anyone lifts a case. The returns show up fast. Load-outs that used to take a couple of hours routinely wrap in under thirty minutes. Tours running five semis often drop to three or four, and at typical touring rates every truck removed is roughly ten thousand dollars a week back in the budget. Truck Packer runs in the browser, with a seven day free trial and no credit card required. The Pro plan is for a single planner. The Business plan adds multi-user organizations, collaborative packs, advanced CSV import, API access and single sign-on. Truck Packer is built by Backline Logic LLC in Nashville, Tennessee.
