This was the first time I had used the TrueCentive platform, which was for an internal employee campaign for 700+ people. It was easy to catch up to speed, and seamless to implement / launch. I especially love the user experience side, the customized card and e-card selection process was easy & engaging. Having the option to select a gift that is most meaninful to the user was a gamechanger.

There's really nothing I dislike about TrueCentive! If I had to add something, the payment process could have been a more turn-key process; for adding funds, admins have to wait exactly 48 hours until they are fully processed. Not the most ideal option if you need something to turn around quickly, but there are also other methods of payment if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trucentive has the most helpful staff ever, from the sales to the finance departments! I know I can ask anything to anyone from any team and they will be back with a solid answer to me as soon as possible. This is a great relief after all the experiences with other platforms that just don't care about their customers. Trucentive has such a wide range of gift card options - the richest platform in terms of offerings I have ever seen. Gift card options are also relevant and this is amazing! Most of the platforms I worked before had a limited amount of options which were mostly irrelevant in the geopgraphies I send them to. It is so easy to use the dashboard, I can easily reach any information I look for. One of the most amazing features to me is the international cards which let the recipients to choose the country themselves - from where they would like to get the gift card for. TruCentive is great because it is an easy way to pay participants with a large variety of giftcard offerings. However, what truly sets this company apart from the rest is the support team. Whenever we or a partcipant has any sort of question or issue, I can count on the fact that it would be handled and solved within a few hours. We don't send out a ton of gift cards per month and many incentive platforms come with a subscription cost. With TruCentive, there's no subscription cost. Only a small fee per gift card that you send out and is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far we haven't found anything we don't really like! When you order more gift cards the funds can take a few days to clear, but you can set up reminders when you get down to a certain amount to remind you to order more before you run out of gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
