**What do you like best about Troop Messenger?**

Our team is using Troop Messenger for a year, and I found we chose a good and simple to use application for our daily team interactions for all of our project updates. 

- The three features I like the most in Troop Messenger is Forkout, Burnout and Audio Messaging.
- It makes reach my team members and groups just at the touch of a button.


**What do you dislike about Troop Messenger?**

We are really looking out for to-do lists feature which is anticipated in their next version release.

Try out and feel the communication flow improve at your organization

On the whole, I can say, it is the best affordable tool when compared to its competitors.

All communications in one place. No need to search through emails. Time is money so there is tremendous value in the platform functionality.

The biggest problem it has addressed is time management and organization in general.

**What do you like best about Troop Messenger?**

Communication through Troop Messenger is quite easy and simple. I can easily connect with all my team members with one-on-one chat or group conversations. The most interesting part is I can start a conversation with my colleagues on my PC and can continue on my mobile phone. And the best part is filtering the data. With the help of advanced search filters just at the click of a button, I can get images, files, videos, etc.,

**What do you dislike about Troop Messenger?**

I never faced any problem with the application so far and I really felt that Troop Messenger’s support team are highly helpful in extending their continuous support.

**What problems is Troop Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I understand this application allows the business owners to stay productive all the time. With this one single platform, all the team members can directly communicate with each other and keep them updated on each project tasks. In my thought, an excellent feature of this application would be the Orange Member, with this feature the internal office team has the scope to collaborate with any clients, vendors or with any non-employees.

Easy and standard, allows you to share links, files, images, videos, contacts, location and also to search for an attachment in chat screen. An efficient app, ready to outsmart other existing apps for similar purposes. Cools office chat application that does not accept public email domains or reg., it uses official domain and also avails you the opportunity to further add users with same domain name.
Enhances fast connectivity, team commerce with large storage, multimedia sharing, self note.

Difficulty in singing up at first, too many options for a simple task.

- User friendly interface and easy to use
- Video calling
- Files and photo sharing
- Group chat
- Realtime Location sharing 
- Secured w/ Pin and Fingerprint for mobile devices
- Cloud Storage is about 15GB 




**What do you dislike about Troop Messenger?**

- Can’t add your clients or someone outside your domain
- Average video call quality
- Only two options on Status mode (DND and Available)
- No calendar, No reminder

**Recommendations to others considering Troop Messenger:**

This is a great option for official chat and collaboration for small and midsized businesses. This is a new software in the market and yet to fixed so many minor and major changes. definitely give a try.

This tool has been exclusively built for providing happy team collaboration. It made me to easily interact with all my peers on all my projects and on the regular task updates with the features of one-on-one messaging, screen share, voice-video calls, audio messages, etc.,
