We used Trivia to entertain the crowd while everybody was waiting for our monthly All-Hands. We played 2 games in about 30 minutes before the "real meeting" started, and everybody had a great time. I can't really say there's anything we didn't like about Trivia. Maybe that the trying period is so short and now we'd have to pay for the service to continue enjoying the Slack plugin. There are a lot of things to learn and understand so it just takes time to learn about it.
