Once you have created the rules and are evalauting files for modifications it performs flawlessly. I've had many people claim they did not make a change but when they view the infromation within Tripwire Enterprise the response has always been, well maybe I did after all. The user interface is challenging and often clicking on the same object provides two different results. Beyond being inconsistent the documentation and available help is challenged. You can eventually work your way through the interface, the rules, the tasks and reports but it is time consuming ad slow. Working with Tripwire consulting services was expensive and ineffective, I've never seen a consulting organization unable to provide documentation, let alone one that is supposed to help with change compliance.
