Ability to set a very low speed threashold to start a journey once connected to the cars bluetooth system (0kmph), others I have tried in the past could only be set at 5kmph therefore missing parts of journeys when sat in very slow moving traffic. What do you dislike about TripLog? The billing system was a pain in the first year when I was rebilled for my two year sub after only one year. However it was sorted out in the end, it did take some time. The problem I am solving by using TripLog, is my ability to immediatly to forget to record my millage on a daily basis and then have to use esitmates for expenses. This is neither time effective or how expenses should be completed. TripLog alowed me to stop estimating and start being accurate, and complete expenses far faster than ever before. I just press the Start button and my driving for the workday is all recorded. No more mapping out my whole day's route in Google Maps to calculate mileage when I forget to start my trip meter at the beginning of the day. You can just categorize them when waiting in line or anywhere. And you can set up rules for frequent trips. At the end of the year, you pull a report and it's done. According to IRS regulation and good accounting practices. I will never do it any other way with any other product. Also, I've never been able to deduct volunteer mileage because I chose not to track it. It was a more substantial deduction than I anticipated. The best thing I like about the app is once you set it up, you simply forget about it, and should not worry about turning it on or off it is all being done automatically.
