That you can quickly transfer leads to events

That you can delete events entirely instead of just marking them lost.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

Communicating within the staff is a little more inconvenient than when it was Gather.

"A strong event management platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

The design is intuitive and very quick to learn. It also has some great features such as being able to share your BEOs/function sheets with the clients which they find very useful and they also update when changes are made to the event without the client having to do anything. What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

It would be great if there was some way to great invoices and link them into an accounting package. It would also be nice if there was a way to put allocations for packages into the system. It would also be great if the system could have more CRM features added to aid the sale process. As it stands we have to use a seperate CRM to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Event Tool For Restaurants"
5/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

The intuitiveness of the software as well as the ability to customize it to our own - we have been able to make changes that are brand specific making it super relevant to our field teams. Additionally, it makes the training aspect of it a lot less strenuous. Managing events & catering orders for over 200 restaurants, TripleSeat is our #1 tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

I wish the reporting was better from a CRM standpoint - the capabilities related to customer data & automation are limited and outdated. It is quite manual to review status of bookings and last communication - wish it had more of a salesforce feel for the data side of things. once you have the data, you can manipulate on your own. Also, for an enterprise brand with multiple concepts, it lacks the depth to handle it effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gather is an amazing system for Event Planners! "
5/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

I love how easy it is to find all of your events on your calendar. Its also easy to share it with other people. The preview of the proposal function is my favorite. Its so great that I can give my customers an actual proposal with all fees including tax. Its also very pleasing to the eye and I dont feel uncomfortable showing our clients the gather interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

I wish the date on the top of the event page would state the date and the actual day of the week. Our pricing goes off of day so I wish I was able to see that when im emailing people. Other than that I dont really have anything to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for Sales & Events"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

The ease of use. The interface is simple to understand, and there are a lot of tutorials online if you need some training. I was able to hop on youtube (the FAQ section is also helpful) and walk through several tutorials which really helped me learn the tool better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

you can't set up notifications easily which would be nice! I would enjoy it more if you had to ability to easily set up notifications so that you can see when you are going over budget, or met a set financial goal. From my experience, there is no easy way to do that which is frustrating overall. But it doesn't keep us from using it almost everyday during certain projects, and I enjoy it.
