Delays and gate changes from the airlines are the best examples, but the more I use it the more helpful I find it to be. It also provides the security wait times at larger airports, in Denver I always know which security checkpoint to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TripIt Pro? There are times when it updates too frequently. One time I had my flight pushed back and moved up a few times while the airline tried to accommodate. The airline did not send out notifications of each change, but TripIt did. Recommendations to others considering TripIt Pro: This is low risk with a high reward. If you are taking the time to research, just do it. Tripit is so easy to use, and its so easy to get your travel reservation info in to Tripit that it very quickly becomes an essential travel tool. I love: using the combination of desktop site with phone or tablet app; the ability to share trips with partners, friends or colleagues; and the fact that its just so reliable. Before Tripit I used to print out all my reservations for flights, trains, hotel, car rental etc. because that was the only way to have everything I might need in one place - especially if I was concerned that I might not have internet connection at every airport, hotel or car rental office. Since starting to sue Tripit I no longer print everything, because all the info I could possible need is saved in Tripit, and I can access it with/without a data connection. Trip it needs to get information of the locations travelers frequent that are not listed on their software so that at every point of the globe business as well leisure clients can be able to get timely information. Some airports and locations do not show maps, yet these would benefit the clientele of the software in syncing their travel plans and itineraries. It eases arrangement of activities, gives helpful reminders of travels plans, like departing for the airport, nearest place to grab a snack, the gate to board from, it provides maps of airports for ease navigation of a clients and gives the actual companionship of never feeling alone while traveling.
