TripDesk365 is the travel desk for travel agencies and the corporate travel teams they serve. Most travel tools stop at the ticket. TripDesk365 is built for the weeks after it. Bookings made in your GDS, on an airline's site or by email land in one register: forward the confirmation to your agency's own address, paste the PNR, or upload an e-ticket, and your team checks each one and saves it. Travellers get clear itinerary emails in local times, a printable copy, calendar files and a private trip link they can open on any phone. A cancelled or delayed flight becomes a work item in your operations queue, with email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and browser alerts, and a drafted rebooking email your agent edits and sends. Corporate travel teams write their policy as rules and see every rule a trip breaks, in their own words, and they get a travel map of who is flying today and the US State Department advisory level for every destination. Agencies run each client as its own account with cost centres and required booking fields, issue invoices and receipts, and keep their margins private: net fares and markups are never sent to corporate clients. Each agency runs on its own domain. Passport numbers are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, revealed only with a recorded reason, and deleted 24 months after a traveller's last trip. TripDesk365 is hosted in Northern Virginia, United States, and card numbers never touch our servers. Built by Elite Travel Technologies LLC, a Delaware company.
