## Navan (Formerly TripActions) Reviews
 ### 1. Avoid it if possible. Cost control doesn’t need navan

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It allows you to book in one place but i can do it the same in booking platform so in short , I don’t see value

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

My membership data pass to airline for my first flight, and missing for 2nd flight .

All benefits missing and airline asked for 40usd for additional 1kg baggage - and 5kg cost more than the ticket alone…

Can you imagine I have benefits for half of my flight and then rhe second half nth.

For any traveller, what to expect in the trip is very important and this small issue shows navan immature platform and should avoid if you are not trying to piss of some senior management in the organization

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No, it does not benefit me.

 ### 2. Easy Receipt Entry and Smooth ADP Integration for Better Expense Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Easy to use and input receipts. Easy to manage employees and integrates great with ADP to have our org chart for reporting purposes and review of expenses.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

No dashboard showing all integrations working or broken. Usually we have to bring up when integrations or auto uploads are not working. Would also be helpful to have Navan let us know when they lock out a user and why.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up review of expenses. Helps in coding expenses. Helps in controlling spend with spend control on credit cards.

 ### 3. Effortless Expense Management with Navan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane Z. | AR Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find the expense reimbursement process with Navan incredibly simple and appreciate how the automation makes entries easy and fast. The automation feature that downloads receipts is a real time-saver, making everything easier. I have never had any issues with reimbursements as they are quick and efficient. The simplicity of the overall experience stands out to me. The initial setup was easy, which was a nice plus.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

i don't have anything

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the automation, like downloading receipts, makes expense reimbursement simple and quick without issues.

 ### 4. Super Helpful Support, but the System Can Be Confusing at Times

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The assistance of the platform is super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The system can feel quite complicated at times, especially when navigating certain features or processes. A more intuitive user interface and clearer guidance would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think my company used to struggle with the budget allocation on Navan, for instance, a trip under APAC region was charged to Netherlands office. We needed to contact Navan to check and fix this issue, cause it could have been quite problematic for finance team and our business budgetting.

 ### 5. Effortless Travel Booking, Slight Confusion with Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how Navan makes it easy for me to quickly find and compare flights and book them along with hotels. The reimbursement process is something I particularly like; it's very intuitive and allows me to submit my expenses and bills quickly. I can just scan my travel bills, and it automatically fills in the form for me, which I really like. Searching for flights and hotels is also straightforward, and submitting expenses is quick.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Usually, one confusing thing that I've noticed is when I try to book the hotels, it gives me one price to start with, and then there are multiple options listed below. I do not understand what those options are for, and they all have different prices listed. It's very difficult to understand what those mean and what it means if I choose any of those. I was slightly confused in setting up my bank account for my reimbursements.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it easy to quickly find and compare flights, book travel, and efficiently handle hotel bookings. I particularly like the reimbursement feature as I can just scan my travel bills, and it automatically fills in the form for me, which is great.

 ### 6. User friendly Platform for business trip booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patty Z. | Sr Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan to book my flight tickets and hotels for business trips, and I appreciate that there are many flight and hotel options to choose from to finalize my business trips. I find it to be a straightforward platform with many choices, which makes it easy to finalize trips. It's easy to use and user-friendly software.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

For some cases, it is better if I can modify the trip options after I finalize them within certain hours or a day. For example, I booked a hotel for 5 days, but I forgot to choose the option with free breakfast. When I went back my booking information, I have to either cancel the booked hotel, rebook the hotel and add the breakfast option, or leave it with the current option without breakfast. If we can easily add or modify the current booking, that will be great.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan offers many flight and hotel options, making it easy to finalize business trips with a straightforward platform and numerous choices.

 ### 7. Easy Receipt Accountability and Smoother Reconciliation with Clear Policy Levels

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

accountability with receipt uploads, department managers are responsible for ensuring all charges made with the trip action card have a receipt associated with it, and it's easy for our accounting department to be able to reconcile when you can classify who has a default, executive, or director policy level.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

not too many things, maybe the fact that when running reports from our HRIS system (paycom) to compare with the active Navan users, I wish I could enter in an employee ID on Navan to make it easier for vlookups in our reporting comparison

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

chasing people for receipts to reconcile was always an issue. With Navan, they upload their own receipts, which makes it way more seamless to keep them accountable.

 ### 8. navan

 ### 9. Easy, Straightforward Expense Reimbursements with Navan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanell B. | Member Support Specialist II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

Submitting my reimbursement expenses through my employer is easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I’ve never run into anything I dislike about Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan streamlines expense reimbursement with my employer. When I travel for the company, I just take a picture of the receipt and upload it. Navan then pre-fills the important information from the uploaded receipt for me, which makes the whole process very efficient and painless.

 ### 10. Centralized reservations, attractive prices, and quick service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

You can make reservations from a single place, the prices are attractive, and generally the service is fast.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

For administrators who are not the main ones, it does not allow us to consult the users' itineraries or access their profiles. On many occasions, users have doubts about how to do something within the platform, and we cannot guide them properly due to this limitation.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention to users during their reservations optimized the time and made the process more agile.

 ### 11. Great Reporting and Fast Search for Custom Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The reporting part is great, you can search very quicky the information needed, create your own reports.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

not reflecting used tickets as used, just as expired, kind of confusing.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the reporting and dashboard, makes my job easier. Visuals are very important and level up my summaries.

 ### 12. Makes Assigning Event Travel Windows Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita L. | Operations & Events Supervisor , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It makes it really easy to assign specific travel windows for events.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Once invites have been sent, it’s difficult to make many changes.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies setting up travel for conferences, since associates can easily book their flights without the hassle of having to expense everything afterward.

 ### 13. Travel Assitant

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoryia B. | Travel Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The interface is easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The support for smaller companies is not that great. The pricing can be a bit more competitive. Not all airlines fares are displayed.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that employees can purchase tickets themselves and the reporting is kind of convenient.

 ### 14. Trips-Based Grouping Makes It Easy to Review Itineraries and Costs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like how all transactions are grouped under Trips. It makes it simple for me to review each itinerary and quickly confirm the related costs.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Searching for an employee's trips isn't as staright-forward. As an admin, I'd like to see my groupings by employee instead of an exhaustive transaction list.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our team to view travel bookings in real time, rather than waiting to reconcile the travel expense card and then sift through emails from coordinators about trip bookings.

 ### 15. Effortless Travel Booking with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

What I like best about Navan is how easy it makes booking travel. The interface feels modern and intuitive, and it’s simple to compare flights, hotels, and rental cars in one place. The real-time pricing and clear policy indicators is very helpful and clear. Navan was to implement across our organisation and the setup was straightforward, and the support team has been very responsive whenever questions come up. Our team uses it eqculsively for booking travel I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we rely on, like slack, keeping travel, approvals, and reporting all in one seamless workflow.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The one area that can be less helpful is pricing - sometimes flights are cheaper on other websites. While Navan is very convenient and centralizes travel and expense management, there are occasions where I need to check competitors to ensure we’re getting the lowest fare.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan solves the problem of keeping track of multiple bookings, especially complex multi-city trips, which used to be difficult to manage. It centralizes all travel information in one platform, making it easy to see itineraries, track expenses, and know what the budget is for each trip. This has saved a lot of time, reduced errors, and given our team better visibility into travel spending and planning.

 ### 16. Effortless Reimbursements with a User-Friendly App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for expense meals through my employer. It's really easy to submit receipts and receive reimbursement, which makes the app super user friendly for me. I love how easy it is to fill in the sections needed for reimbursement details. I actually like the ease of use of the app and the funny little quirky jokes that pop up while waiting for my receipt to upload. I also appreciate that I can save drafts of expenses I haven't completed, and how easy it is to delete information or track my reimbursement, seeing whether it's approved or just submitted. It's convenient that the reimbursement goes directly back into my account.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think probably just the fact that I don't see what stage it's in, like, if anything else is needed from me. When my reimbursement or expenses are submitted, or sometimes, like, how long it will take to be reviewed. I'm always worried that maybe I'm missing a submission deadline to get the expense reviewed and processed.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies expense reimbursement, making it easy to submit receipts and track approvals. Its user-friendly interface reduces task overwhelm, and I appreciate its humor and direct deposit feature.

 ### 17. User-friendly travel engine for business trips!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like their new conversational AI for expenses. Instead of filling out forms, you can just chat with the app to log and categorize receipts. It makes the whole expense process way faster.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think they still need to improve their customer support. When there’s a major flight disruption, getting a human agent on the line quickly can still be a hassle. The AI helps, but it can't completely replace live support during chaotic travel days.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TripActions is making the whole experience of booking muy business trips fast and easy and free from any concern about potential last-minute changes.

 ### 18. User-Friendly Travel Booking with Great Hotel Rates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Very user-friendly and simple to use. Even without instructions, it’s clear how everything works. It’s also great that, as a company, you can benefit from Navan’s hotel agreements and the negotiated rates.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Customer support phone calls—for example, from Italy—are not free of charge, so it doesn’t really motivate users to use this option.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Travel tracking from a company admin perspective - finally we managed to have visibility of all the business travel

 ### 19. Effortless Travel Management, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan M. | Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan incredibly easy to use and navigate, and I love that I can access it from any device, whether it's my laptop or mobile phone. The app lets me input receipts instantly by using my phone’s camera or electronic receipts, which is really convenient. I appreciate how it allows me to input expenses right when I'm at a restaurant, adding details like attendees immediately, so I don't forget later. Plus, I don’t have to worry about losing receipts since I can enter the information on the spot. Setting it up initially was very easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Customer service can be difficult to reach and do not always help me with my issues. I also think they should empower them more and staff them better so that wait times are faster. Plus, giving them a better customer experience platform, like retooling with a Contact Center platform from 8x8, Inc., would be beneficial.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan books my travel, handles expenses in real-time, and tracks reimbursements. It's easy to use on any device. I input receipts instantly, preventing loss and capturing details immediately.

 ### 20. Simplifying expense management and providing better transparency in spending habits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Istvan K. | Finance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The simplicity to submit and review expenses; it's easy way of uploading receipts and the interractive charts that allow analysing spenditure.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The product pricing is a bit on the expensive side.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making expense management for users and accounts more realiable and transparent.

 ### 21. A high-friction tool that complicates travel

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary Q. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Not much - the system does not provide any novel functionality compared to alternatives on the market.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The system is filled with bugs:
1) Hotel cancellation showed as processed in-app but hotel vendor showed duplicate bookings and double-charged
2) Hotel options showed as available - but upon selecting, no options were available. This was tested using different computers/apps.
3) System did not process Avis rewards - loyalty number was added but did not flow to the vendor. This caused me to wait >60min in a standard line even while being a presidential club member.
4) Numerous bugs/glitches of windows/popups. Refreshing pages was needed plenty of times. Popups that explain how Navan is the easiest, most modern system were getting frozen.

Navan isnt doing anything novel. Hundreds of websites like kayak/priceline/google offer aggregation.

Tools from SAP have made the process of expense reporting seamless long before Navan.

From a front-end user after two trips in the last 30 days - i would not recommend this product.

Read Reddit - which is filled with real-world experiences, this tool is not helpful. Navan proudly exclaims a $1B valuation after hundreds of millions raised. Wouldn't it be nice if they invested some of that in the product?

Most importantly, no customer support is offered.
With tools from Amex / Concur / SAP, there is immediate support for travel challenges. Navan has a circa-2023 chatbot that is highly ineffective.
Many companies who do this well invest in chatbot training - and are closely monitored by humans. This is not Navan - couldn't get support when i needed it.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure - legacy tools have solved the challenges of travel management long ago. I traveled over 35 times last year with minimal friction. I began using Navan in Feb 2026 and have only had problems introduced.

 ### 22. Easy, Intuitive Spend Tracking with the Helpful Navan Card

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan is easy to use and intuitive. The Navan card is also a really useful feature. I like the way I can see my spend and budget in one place, which helps me control spending and get better insights.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The budget feature isn’t easy to use and definitely needs improvement. I’ve also noticed that some transactions aren’t being registered against the budget, which makes it harder to track spending accurately.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps me track expenses and save money when booking

 ### 23. Reliable, Easy to Use, and Great Onboarding with Helpful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It’s easy to use on both the app and the website, and it integrates smoothly with several companies. Overall, it feels very reliable and straightforward to work with. The price seems fair for what we’re being offered. The onboarding team was great—very helpful throughout the process. I also find the AI features really useful, especially when filling out expenses.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think they could still improve their pricing for accommodation and flights, as it’s slightly more expensive than other agents.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

 ### 24. Efficient Travel Management with Real-Time Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SARAI Z. | Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan integrates both the travel process and expenses into a single platform. This allows me to spend less time on administrative tasks, making my experience more pleasant and agile. Additionally, Navan provides me with real-time visibility of my expenses, which makes it easier to maintain better control. The initial setup of the system also seemed very easy to me.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

In some cases, the availability of flights is limited compared to other platforms.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to manage my business trips and better control my expenses. It solves the problem of low expense visibility, allowing me to see my expenses in real time, which makes control easier. Additionally, by integrating travel and expenses into one platform, I spend less time on administrative tasks.

 ### 25. Relatively simple to use platform, but no clear SLA's for support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The interface to configure policies is fairly straight forward, there are just a lot of policies you could configure. Make sure to align your internal policies with whatever you setup or consider changing them to match what's available in Navan.

Note, changing accounts and things in NetSuite or Navan can create some sync issues if you didn't keep them 1:1

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Clearer separation of IT Access from Finance

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps by keeping our travel within budget constraints and allowing overrides when necessary. This helps with alignment of company policy while making it easier for our users to get immediate feedback.

Navan takes care of everything from booking to submitting and tracking all of my expenses related to business. **What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan for work-related travel, both locally and internationally. I appreciate that it helps me book hotels and vehicles and manage expenses during business trips. What I like most is how easy it is to use—the app and website are very user-friendly. I also find it great that Navan can be used internationally, as I experienced during a business trip in Spain. It was really convenient not to worry about currency exchange, as I used Navan to pay for everything, including food and hotel. The initial setup was really easy; I just needed to create an account, and it was ready to use.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The app and the website are easy to use, but I would like to see a more interactive app and website. I would like to see a renovated app. I don't have anything specific in mind, but for sure there is room for improvement in the app.

 ### 28. Effortless Trip Planning, Proposal Process Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like that everything is done in one platform with Navan (Formerly TripActions). It manages our expenses effortlessly; I just upload a receipt when needed, and the expense reporting is great because I don't have to do much else. Booking my flights, hotel, and car all in one place is convenient, and I also appreciate being able to view different prices and options that are available.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The proposal process is kind of a pain, taking a long time to put together. Once submitted to my supervisor for review, I cannot delete it or edit it. If I need to add anything to the trip, I have to submit another proposal. So the whole proposal process can be worked on. Through the app, I could never get the proposal processed to actually submit. I would go through choosing the flight and everything, but I can't get the proposal to actually submit. I then have to go and rebuild everything through the desktop.

**Recommendations to others considering Navan (Formerly TripActions):**

It is so much easier than using other travel apps like Travelocity and Expedia. I use TripActions primarily for business, but will be using it for my personal travel as well.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to book my entire trip itinerary on one platform and share it with my family easily. It also manages our expenses, where I just upload a receipt when needed. I can book flights, hotels, and cars in one place and view different prices and options.

Overall, it's very easy to find where to book certain things and to use different tools, which just enhances the ease of navigation.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think the only thing I'm thinking of is I tried to invite my team members to the group trip. We had a summit, and they didn't all join or they didn't all understand how to use it or the purpose of it. I did it so that we could see everyone's travel and flight plans and then coordinate lifts and stuff. So I think that could be better because not everyone actioned that space.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes booking travel and hotels much easier by consolidating all our travel information into one place.

 ### 36. Effortless Expense Management, Seamless Travel Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geraldine D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really appreciate Navan (Formerly TripActions) for making expense submission to my company really easy. I can take a picture of my receipt, have the app create a draft expense report for me, and quickly submit it. It's linked to my Uber account, making it easy to submit those expenses as well. I also like the ability to compare flights and accommodations within the app, which is pretty helpful. The expense management is my favorite part as I can take a picture of the receipt right in the moment and submit an expense right away, so I don't end up with a bunch to do at the end of the trip. Also, the initial setup was exceptionally easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I have had a couple instances with Uber where I add a tip and then I get two draft expense reports. One with the tip and one without. Sometimes it's hard for me to navigate which drafts I still need to submit and which ones are duplicates because of tip and no tip.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to schedule trips and manage expenses. It simplifies submitting expenses by letting me take pictures of receipts and submit reports easily. I also like the comparison of flights and accommodations within the app.

I find it very easy to book trips through Navan. It has everything you need to book a business trip. Everything you need for finance, too

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

When you book a trip, you can’t save the results as drafts before booking, so you usually have to start from scratch. When booking train journeys, the train numbers aren’t displayed!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no problems with booking the trip for me, everything's fine! I haven’t had any problems booking my trip – everything’s fine!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Overall, my experience has been very positive. If there is an area for improvement, it would be providing more customization options for expense reporting and dashboards to better meet different organizational needs. Other than that, I have not encountered any significant issues.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to get reimbursements done and easy to submit the receipts

 ### 40. Streamlined Travel Management with Minor Reimbursement Delays

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janelys C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan's platform to be extremely easy, simple, and user-friendly, which makes managing travel and expenses much less complicated. I really like how quick and immediate it is to upload receipts—right after swiping my card, I can get a prompt to upload the receipt, which helps me stay organized and compliant with documentation. Navan really keeps everything structured and makes it easy to group expenses per trip, so I never lose track of my budget. The app's ease of use, combined with its quick functionality, keeps me on top of my expenses, especially since traveling for work can get pretty complicated.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think one of the things that I've faced challenges with Navan is just seeing reimbursements quickly. Sometimes, for example, the flight gets canceled or if I have to change a flight and I should be receiving a credit of some sort, those credits back to my account take a really long time. Sometimes it takes a couple weeks for me to get that credit posted to Navan, and my deadline for the budget submission may have already passed by then. So that's the one challenge that I really see.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies creating trips and keeping expenses grouped per trip, making it easy to track budgets. It lets me quickly upload receipts and avoid losing them, and efficiently tracks expenses for compliance.

 ### 41. Effortless Travel Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mindy P. | Athletic Trainer

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan (Formerly TripActions) really easy to use. It allows me to put in all my information like my TSA number or Hilton honors account, and it automatically applies these when making reservations, which is really nice. I also appreciate the quick support when there was an issue with my credit card at the hotel; they really helped sort it out quickly. The initial setup is straightforward, walking me through every step, and it prevents booking errors by setting clear parameters, which helps ensure everything is within budget and permitted by my workplace. It makes the process really simple for me.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The only thing that seemed a little bit clunky was getting the right form to the right hotel originally. I wish that it would have been automated instead of having to call the website and then call the hotel to coordinate. It was a little bit rough.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes travel booking easy by saving my info like TSA and loyalty accounts, and applying it automatically. It quickly resolved a credit card issue at a hotel. The setup process is simple, ensuring I stay within budget and company policies.

I use Navan specifically for business travel the most, but I also check it out for family vacations or hotels. It's a super easy app to use, and the customer service is extremely good, which I really appreciate. I like that it's simple and clear to set up any trip, whether it's for cars, trains, planes, or hotels, and making changes is as easy as it gets. Plus, if you need to call customer success, they're great, especially if it's getting close to the trip. I love that you can find good hotels at good prices and earn Navan credits towards rewards like Amazon, which is amazing. The setup was extremely easy, and honestly, it's been a joy to use. I really enjoy it and can't even think of improvements, to be honest.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'd like to better understand where my mileage numbers are and how to apply those to travel for upgrades and things of that nature.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for flights, hotels, and even trains for work travel, finding good deals and earning rewards. It's easy to use and has excellent customer service, making it essential for work and personal trips.

 ### 43. Effortless Expense Management and Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick A.

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ease of use of Navan (Formerly TripActions), and the prices have always been comparable or even cheaper than other sites. I find it great for my work trips as everything is automatically uploaded for reimbursement in one spot. The ability to snap a photo of a receipt and have the AI fill out the line items, then send the receipt for reimbursement is fast and easy while I'm on the road. It also keeps me updated on the status of the reimbursement. For me, it's effortless and painless to use. The initial setup was very easy too. Overall, I think it's a great tool, and I've never had an issue using it.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I have not had any issues.

 ### 44. Streamlined Travel Booking with Great Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavna W. | Chief Marketing Officer

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like how easy Navan (Formerly TripActions) is to use for booking hotels and flights for both business and personal travel. The AI capabilities, like receipt scanning for expense management, actually work really well, capturing details accurately and helping with currency conversion. I also appreciate the integration with my credit card, which makes managing currency conversion smoother, and the integration with my loyalty programs, allowing me to enter my info once and not worry about it again. The setup was straightforward as a user, and it's great to have everything bundled in one platform. The convenience and functionality make it a valuable tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

All works well when flights are as planned. But if they get cancelled or delayed and I need to work through rebooking, working with support is not as easy. My experience has been that it's usually a really long process. I think if I could be kept up to date on delays and then provided suggestions on what could be my alternate options especially based on my pre-stored preferences, that would be golden.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps me book everything from one place and is super user-friendly. It accelerates my expense management and submission process significantly. The AI capabilities, like receipt scanning and currency conversion, work really well, reducing time spent on manual entry.

 ### 45. Easy to use, removes hassle of expensing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'm glad they kept the features I liked (less things to expense cause it goes straight to Finance to process) but also the features around company limits on flights were a helpful addition in terms of seeing what's available.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

None. From what I can tell, the improvement I suggested back then was implemented: personal and business trips have clearer distinction!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of keeping track of flight and hotel receipts then manually adding those to an expense report to submit to the Finance team and waiting a few weeks to get my money back.

 ### 46. Streamlined Travel Booking Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) mostly to book my travel for work. It's become really handy because it makes it easy to go through the prompts and look through what I need. What I like most is the interface, which is very simple to see the steps for the items I need. The interface saves me a lot of time. I input the dates I need and where I'm going, and then I'm able to go step by step for a hotel, a car, or a flight. It gives me all the options in one simple to read interface. Booking my first trip was extremely easy after it was introduced to us.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I haven't had any issues with Navan, so no dislikes at this time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 47. Simplifies Business Travel, Needs Faster Processing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara H. | Account Executive III - Core Market

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I love it when I'm booking a flight with Navan because I can save all of my known traveler information, and I can apply my airline accounts to it, so any points get added to my account. I'm automatically added to TSA PreCheck. It makes it super easy to book within my company's policy, showing only options that work for that. It's the same for hotel bookings. I really like the mobile app because as I travel with my company, I can pull it up on my phone to see my daily spending allowance and easily write reimbursements if I end up using a personal card instead of a work card. The app is great for checking out my trip budget, logging my own transactions, and seeing all my company details right there without having to go to internal resources on my computer. The initial setup was super easy, and I received a card quickly, which is fantastic since I rely on the company's budget when traveling. Generally, I've found using Navan (Formerly TripActions) to be straightforward and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

When I've tried to make changes to flights on my computer, it seems like sometimes the application is slow, lagging, or it gets confused and has a hard time redoing that. It often takes two or three attempts before it even lets me continue to do something like that. And overall, it can be slow.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Navan keeps my traveler info saved, adds points to my accounts, includes TSA PreCheck, follows my company's policy, and allows budget management during travel.

 ### 48. Effortless Trip Planning and Expense Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George G. | Sr. Enterprise Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I love how Navan (Formerly TripActions) speeds up access to the best rates for hotels, cars, and airlines. It's really efficient for expense reporting too, as it submits expense report requests in real-time, making the process hassle-free as long as they're aligned with company policy. I also appreciate that Navan makes it easy to find what I'm looking for by serving up all the best options at a glance. The setup was super easy as well; I could input my profile information, loyalty numbers, and payment details with multiple ways to pay for both business and personal use. Overall, I’m really impressed with how Navan handles everything seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

When I have expenses that are outside of my company's policy, they seem to sit for too long with no next step. I can't tell if there's an issue with an expense because Navan doesn't really take action to make sure that I'm aware it needs more information or that my company is looking for some other information. Sometimes I just don't know, and so the expense might sit there for too long.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan speeds up access to the best rates for hotels, cars, and airlines and makes finding them easy. It also simplifies expense reporting by submitting requests in real time, eliminating the need for later manual entry with receipts.

 ### 49. Effortless Expense Management with Rewards Perks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesco G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like the reservation part where we can book flights and hotels. It's great that we can earn rewards either from hotel chains or directly from Navan, which we can then use for personal trips. This is really cool. Also, using Navan for all our business expenses during trips or for client-related expenses is very convenient. I also find the authorization system pretty easy to use, which makes the setup quite straightforward. My boss just has to authorize expenses, and it's easy for her to do it. Overall, it's a very cool platform, and I've never used something quite like it before.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The only trouble I had with Navan is booking long haul flights with connections. Usually, it offers me some bad connection timing, requiring me to wait for six, seven, or even eight hours in the airport. There are actually better flights with better connections that I could book by myself. Sometimes, I've had to book the long haul flight separately along with the connecting flight to get a better connection time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for handling all business expenses and travel bookings. It's convenient for booking flights and hotels, and I enjoy the rewards system that lets me use rewards for personal trips.

 ### 50. All-in-One Travel Solution with Rewarding Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan incredibly convenient as a consolidated stop for all my travel needs, with amazing follow-up on trip updates and assistance. I really appreciate the visibility into rewards and loyalty program points, and the ability to see which options allow me to earn points. Earning Navan cash on my business trips for personal travel is just amazing! I also found the initial setup to be extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I just had an experience trying to book a hotel for a conference in Tampa, FL. I had a promo code for a group booking from the conference but I didn't find anywhere to apply it. The cost was much higher than directly on the hotel website with the promo code. I could not find the promo code field and I am not sure hotel specific promo codes would work while booking through Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a convenient consolidated stop for all my travel needs with amazing follow-up on trip updates and assistance.
