Navan helps bring corporate travel, as well as personal travel, to one easy place. As an Office Manager it has helped me with booking travel for guests, company employees, and has been an incredible help with expenses. Canceled trips are difficult to find. The credits are easy to find but sometimes if a trip is simply refunded, the original purchase is harder for Admin to locate. As a self service tool it is excellent. Pretty easy for users to learn and intuitive to use. Setting destination specific hotel rates is really useful and very easy to do. We are still learning but there have been instances where some users have had no visibility of affordable options whereas others have, might be that we are doing something incorrectly but it is tricky to explain to any detractors. This causes our employees to have to use a personal card for payment which defeats the purpose of using Navan in the first place. I like that the UI is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It's nice that it's available on an app, making it convenient for me as I don't have to do it on my computer. Usually, I like booking things on my phone, so it's nice that I can do it on my phone, especially when I'm already traveling. I can check to see the information directly there. I feel like the pricing is higher sometimes than if I just book on the direct site itself. But since my company pays for it, it doesn't matter as much. Sometimes I feel like the flights will be in budget if I book them elsewhere, but they're not on Navan, so then I can't book them on Navan. So that's pretty annoying. And then I had a situation where I had to make major travel changes and Navan was really, really bad at handling that and the customer service. Also very bad. I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking flights and accommodations. I love how easy it is to book and how it remains cost-friendly. The accessibility is great, and it meets global acceptable standards. I also value the payment features, as there's not much waiting time for payment and fewer declined payment situations. I think there is often a slightly more expensive aspect to some of the hotel products and flights. The content is often more expensive than some other channels, and the trip fees seem high - especially if I'm just booking a local train journey. It’s incredibly easy to use. When I use the Navan card to make purchases, the process is so simple: I upload my receipt and can quickly choose the expense type, what it’s for, who it’s for, etc. There’s no need to send emails to other departments or spend extra time tracking down the information.
