You can learn the functionalities easily. You can navigate it without a hassle and some features as well match our needs as a user. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** One very unsatisfying thing is you cannot delete multiple line items. If you want to delete more than 1 item (not delete all), you have to click the items one by one. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best feature of this application for me is its prepayment amortization. Through this functionality, we can easily amortize our prepayment and present it in our schedule. ### 3. Close Task reassigning due dates is challenging. You have a history of what has been done, reports and you do not have to print anything. The best part is when you learn how to build an import that does a lot of matching for you. There is an improvement needed in the load time whenever you open a page. Account status and period overview is excellent **What do you dislike about Trintech?** UI can be better, main menu can be looked at as it's quite difficult for a new user to scroll to each options. The site becomes laggy most of the time and it takes ages to load. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the time its about importing account balances for existing and new entities but its a back and forth letting team know what needs to be done and balances doesn't get updated in timely fashion ### 15. When a recon nets to zero, it will not automatically certify the account. You have to go in to each recon to click on the "status" button. It would be great if it automatically populted. Issues are not resolved timely and require users to log in to the Customer Success Center. The system can be slow if you have a large number of tasks and data in the system. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cadency is providing a mechanism for decentralized locations to submit reports and detailed data for review. The thing I like most about Adra is that it is simple to use, and you can have all your documents saved in one space, in the cloud. When it comes to Task Manager, all the routines and instructions are saved with every task, which decreases the risk when people are sick, away or when someone new starts in the group. You have an easy overview of tasks that are not finished yet, so it’s easy to follow month-end procedures. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** I cannot find anything that I dislike; maybe the startup has some challenges when it's unclear exactly how to structure everything and how the managers and users envision the system. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adra Balancer helped our whole accounting department tremendously. We went from copying papers and filing reconciliations with documentation in binders every month-end (and two binders every year-end, one for us and one for the auditors) to no paper or binders at all, and auditors have easy access to everything. When it comes to Task Manager we used to have a very cumbersome excel spreadsheet with all the month-end tasks, which the managers made. It was a real pain to adjust the dates and all the tasks, not to mention that everyone had to individually go into the spreadsheet and mark when a task was done. It wasn't very pleasant to work like that. Task manager is very easy to use, visually pleasing, and practical, especially for people who work in teams. ### 23. Also, that you cannot choose from a list when filtering instead of typing yourself. So, more like Excel would be much more user-friendly. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, it helps us quickly match large amounts of data from our payment providers and quickly identify the transactions that are our actual differences according to the matching rules we have set up. ### 24.
