I appreciate the notifications (reminders). I am also excited about Matcher (we use this at our company but not by me yet) **What do you dislike about Trintech?** Nothing yet! I only use Adra Balancer to do our BS account reconciliations but I will try to learn to use the Matcher module. It would be great if we could also use Matcher to reconcile other things than only on BS account level, for example if we could reconcile a certain customer's or a vendor's account to make sure that our account is a mirror copy of theirs. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies the work and also ensures that a work task gets done and within the deadline. Also, it is good that a work task has four eyes reviewing and approving the reconciliation. Because Adra is user-friendly, it does not take long to teach colleagues/consultants how to perform the tasks. However, I wish there were good instructional videos that new users could use for learning purposes (maybe there already are but I haven't seen this). ### 4. I do like for Cadency Close that it is easy to see dependent tasks from other departments to see if theirs has been completed. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** I don't feel the auto reconcile is the most accurate since it will occur on items that offset each other by amount but are on different ledgers...when the activity should be reconciled. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't feel there is a problem it is helping be solve, but it does allow easy reconciliation of some financial reports. When automation comes the life is better. This is an advantage over other tools like Sap. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** Downsides of Cadency I could tell may be the limitation to have a daily monitoring process, that many times is required for certain GL Accounts. Will be a good improvement if Cadency become capable to manage daily monitoring at least for Ledger to Subledger Auto accounts.
