Difficult and slow **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Georgiana A. | Global Process Sr. Manager Financial Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025 **What do you like best about Trintech?** The collaboration with our account manager that is always trying to support and help. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** If not implemented correctly from the beginning it get very difficult to make it the way your business needs it. It will need extended work and discussions to understand. Not a easy to work tool and not very adaptable to "customized'' needs. Lots of tickets needs that are not addressed as they should and usually answered with this is how the tool it is designed. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool is helping with having the reconciliations all in the same place and following the same approach so to avoid using excel. ## Trintech Discussions -
