"Time saving masterpiece! "

What do you like best about Trint?

I used trint to help save time on a massive translation project I was doing. The ability to go through multiple languages made it a dream and saved me about 20 hours of work. There were minimal errors and overall a pleasant interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trint?

"Excellent tool for creatives/writers"

What do you like best about Trint?

This has completely changed and improved my job as a video journalist. I used to spend so much time transcribing and/or listening over to interviews I conducted. With this tool, transcripts are generated in a matter of minutes. No, it's not totally accurate but it provides a great starting point. Then, you're able to click on the part you want to amend, listen to it and fix. This is an awesome tool. A total game-changer and time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trint?

The tool does what it needs to do and that's to generate transcriptions from audio and video files. That's what's most important to me. But I'd say to make it even better, it would be great for Trint to provide more organizational tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Trint:

I recommend downloading the app. I used it when I'm on the go and needing to transcribe interviews on the fly. Also, I recommend using the playback features. It allows you to listen to the clip and fix it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are transcribing video and audio interviews in a matter of minutes - all by simply uploading a file. It used to take 30 minutes, an hour or hours to do this. This is a huge benefit because we are able to work in other parts of the production process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use cloud-based transcription tool."

What do you like best about Trint?

Trint is powerful because of its elegant presentation. A cloud-based app, Trint allows you to upload audio and work with it line by line. The software does its best to convert your audio speech to text, then gives you the tools to replay just the pertinent chunk of audio and make your edits. It's a fast process, a highly usable tool, and they give you some free time-based credits to try it out and get some real transcription work done for free. What do you dislike about Trint?

I have little to complain about with Trint. It works flawlessly and exports to all the formats I need, so nothing to dislike so far. I will need to use the tool in more situations to see if it cannot support a certain format or not, but I have no reason to anticipate this happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trint has allowed me to rapidly generate video transcripts so I can analyze the content from corporate video shoots and make decisions on paper first before editing media in post production. This allows me to distribute the content and get analytical feedback without distracting anyone with the visual dimension of the product (a video). What do you like best about Trint?

I really like how quickly Trint can complete the transcription process once you provide the audio. I also like the ability to use the tools in the platform to strike out certain portions of the audio or highlight content to use in the editing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trint?

The transcription is pretty good when you have a high quality audio, but if you have audio quality that isn't perfect then the transcription can be a bit rough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trint?

Trint's platform has dramatically reduced the amount of time I spend transcribing interviews. The editor is constantly being updated and customer support has answered all of the questions I have had on confidentiality. One of the best things about Trint is that no humans interact with your transcripts and you can be confident that all of your information is safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trint?

Not many complaints - I have faced some issues trying to use the editor with google chrome plug ins, however if you disable them everything seems to work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
