Their editor can glitch from time to time, where we will edit an entire transcript, and then for some reason it doesn't save it, which can be frustrating. Also, sometimes their editor doesn't load and we have to leave and come back an hour later to try it, because we just can't get it to load. So sometimes it's buggy. Nothing really. The transcription is set to US English by default - I would prefer British English. It is sometimes slow to load a transcript. More languages would be great - such as Irish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I am able to receive UNLIMITED transcripts versus having to worry about a new transaction each time with other software. I remember our accounting books would have tons of receipts while we just one receipt each month for the unlimited transcripts. Huge help. I also love how you can stay organized within the software and create folders for each client. They are also constantly innovating and now we can copy/paste new text in the software as well. I think it could improve its copy and paste function. When you work with data on different languages it would be useful to be able to modify text on Trint. Another issue is that it recognises English way better than other languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My production company uses Trint nonstop. It is so user friendly and really helpful when putting a script together. We love how you can listen to the interviews and also how when you cut and paste, it grabs the time code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The word processing interface has a lot of annoying ticks to it. You would expect to be able to type and edit the transcripts as if they were a word document or google doc, but there are some annoying inconsistencies that get in the way of smooth workflows.
