What do you like best about Trint?

It's the best out there so they pretty much have a monopoly to the service. The service honestly should cost less but they're doing a pretty good job so far too so no complaints there either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trint?

The biggest one we really dislike about it is the speed. It literally takes awhile before transcribing something. It would have been okay at the start, but by now, they should have already upgraded their servers and made the whole process a lot faster. Another thing I don't find intuitive is the lack of Drag and Drop feature. I have to click a button to import an audio to be transcribed. Why no direct Drag and Drop feature at all? It makes a lot of sense and it will definitely make the users' lives easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do a lot of video transcriptions so editors can better understand what the person in the video is saying so Trint is really helpful in that matter. We also do a lot of meeting transcriptions which again Trint really does well at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
