**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Easy access to the portal, where all our opportunties are visable. Sending win / loss reviews is a simple process. The feedback within the win - loss reports generated from the surveys have really helped us change our overall sales strategy, fine tune our value proposition and win more deals.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

We'd like to tailor some of the outgoing questions within the survey, because our customer and prospect base is so diverse. However, we know this will be available soon via version2.

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped identify gaps in our sales process, whilst making recommendations that has helped Programmed secure some new customers. Recently, we have revised our pricing policy as a result of some of the feedback gathered via the reports. We're also fine-tuning our overall company VP.

We have already surfaced some key insights that will help us refine our products & services offered to drive increased Win Rates.

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Trinity provide a deeper level of insight into customer buying decisions than we were previously able to get. This data is gold when it comes to tuning sales strategies, learning from your mistakes, and doubling down on what you do well.

Over the last three years these insights have helped us improve our win ratios across our product portfolio.

What has been interesting has been seeing the sales teams attitude change. Initially it felt like this was perceived to be unwelcome inspection. Now team members are actively bringing won or lost opportunities forward for review as they genuinely appreciate the insights and how they can help them evolve as sales people.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

I have no real negatives on Trinity. The product is excellent and very useful. It will be interesting to see how the product set expands to include things like value realisation reporting.

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinity are helping us realise maximum value from our cost of sales. Often our bids and proposals take a substantial amount of investement. Understanding why they were successfulor not has been extremely useful. Even if we are unsuccesful, having an independant third party unpack the decsion making process with a prospect adds value. We learn, we evolve, we move on.

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

There's a lot to love about Trinity, but its user-friendly interface and the depth of analysis it provides are standouts. The team has also really loved the individual and trend reports, which are super powerful and intuitive. It feels like Trinity is always one step ahead, providing insights that fuel our continuous growth.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

Honestly, there's little to dislike about Trinity. If I had to pick something, it's probably more the fact we didn't implement a proper Win Loss Analysis program 6 months ago.

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinity has proven invaluable in addressing our need to better understand why we win and lose deals. It cuts through the noise and offers us succinct, tangible insights into why we're winning or losing deals. As a result, we're seeing enhanced decision-making and significant improvements in our sales strategies. The platform's ability to connect the dots between data points has given us a new level of transparency that directly contributes to our bottom line.

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Firstly, the insights! Don't assume that your prospects and customers won't relish the opportunity to tell you what you are doing well and not so well. This solution offers a way to access the real 'why' so you can tackle the real problems and take action to either improve, or, do more of what is working! The solution is simple, easy to use, and is just becomes the fabric of your processes.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

Nothing really, I've seen the roadmap and the enhancements are as you would expect and focussed on the right things in my opinion.

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinity is helping companies to answer the why. Why didn't we win? Why did we win? Why weren't we competitive? Why are we not successful in x,y,x areas.

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Gaining insights from clients that may otherwise not have been asked or volunteered during or after sales process. As a learning and sales coaching tool, the information collected over time is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

The toolset and purpose is great. My advice is more a process one to ensure sales leaders share the information and findings from all reports across the sales organisation, to allow everyone to benefit.

We can effectively understand and learn what has worked; where our strengths have resulted in positive benefits for our customers and ourselves in the sales process; as well as where we need more focus or emphasis - whether that relates to marketing and brand, right through to sales team engagement.

Whether we win or lose, we know that customer feedback is gold. Cian and the Trinity team do a brillient job in pulling the insights from the data, and in making sure the data is valid. Their prgmatic approach is trusted by our customers and I regard Cian a workd leader in this topic. The platform so very easy and intuitive!

Understanding my client's motivators, priorities and reasoning for their decisions helps me identify the areas of engagement that I need to work on to improve my win rate.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

There are absolutely zero downsides to using Trinity that I can think of. If you are in Sales and want to level up your game use Trinity, you will not regret it!

Stop thinking about using Trinity and start using it already. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I have been working in sales for more than 20 years, and until recently, I have had to guess what my clients were thinking - well not anymore... now I use Trinity!

Trinity offers a simple platform that uncovers meaningful insights and gathers valuable feedback from my clients at the end of the sales cycle, whether a win or a loss.
Using Trinity to request feedback is extremely simple, and providing feedback for my clients is just as easy and quick. The Trinity UI is clean, modern and fast, and the Win/Loss Review reports are very well structured and can be accessed online or downloaded as PDFs.

In a prior sales leadership role I engaged Trinity for a loss review.  The insights and data gained enables greater decision making regarding sales execution refinement.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

I have no concerns to report. There is some effort required to ensure the customer agrees to the independent loss review and I recommend this is positioned at the very start of the sales cycle.

The engagement allows a sales organisation to determine the actual drivers for a loss, or win. The independent data and insights are  decision useful and assist with team development.

The great idea of providing a software platform for win/loss analysis significantly speeds up the process of collecting feedback & analysis, which has been, in the past, a lengthy exercise and too often neglected due to quarterly sales pressure.

Nothing to dislike really. Cian Mcloughlin and the Trinity team do an excellent job.

It's also remarkable how many 'lost' opportunities are prepared to provide their feedback to this platform.

Only that we are looking forward to being able to include custom questions - but I understand this is coming soon.

When it comes to understanding the unspoken reasons why our prospects don't move forward with us, Trinity fills the gap between our assumptions and reality - and that's been an eye-opener.

Trinity provides me with solid information about the sales process and most importantly data on where I can improve during the sales process  directly from the customer.

No real downside to the information receive back, however sometimes it is difficult to get customers to engage.

With a few steps you can create a simple proforma which a customer can then use to elaborate of why you won/lost an given opportunity.

There are some ICT processes which could be simplified but I'm sure that it's just a matter of time before these are ironed out.

Simple and easy to use by customers. 

Customers share their frank and candid views about their experiences with your organisation in a way you may not experience in directly with asking them. As a result, you gain some insights into your organisation and the other organisations they interacted with.

Too short a survey or responses from customers which could result in less than clear and conclusive feedback to take action against.

The win/loss surveys were sent to prospects as part of a simple process and were completed. This demonstrates that prospects readly willing to share feedback.

I didn't find anything on the platform that I disliked.  The support team were excellent.

Trinity Sales review is easy to use for our prospects, and gives some valuable insights in what we do well and what could be done better. 
Works best if used for a longer time, so you can see some trends and progress.

Not much. Some minor hiccups logging new opportunities, but I'm sure that will be addressed

Trinity provides us with more detailed and structured insights on how we perform during sales. In particular the 'loss' reviews are valuable, for those 'lost' prospects who are willing to take the time to provide feedback.
