The user interface is easy to follow, I was able to understand how to use it right away. I prefer everything to be integrated into one page, several of the options open a new tab in a different style workspace. It's not a problem, I just loose track of all the tabs open and would prefer just one tab that is easy to navigate to other features or back to where you just came from. I like how the mobile app has pretty much the same features/access as the desktop view. Some apps out there only allow you to do certain features on mobile and I would have to log in on my computer to do certain things. I like that support is available on TriNet so I feel like I can easily get help if needed. I also like the notifications where it reminds you support is available. I dislike how my enrollment period is different than TriNet's period. Not sure why my company did not align with TriNet's timeframe, but it was so confusing getting emails and notifications about the enrollment process/period when it wasn't actually the time to do so for me. We got emails saying we were auto-enrolled into the same elections as last year, but my HR team had to keep saying to disregard these since our enrollment period is a bit later...
