I have been using Spectrum for 5+ years now and absolutley love it! I use it all the time. It is so functionable and easy to use! Another thing I enjoy about Spectrum that I enjoy is how easy it is to navigate the software. So many great features! Customer service is awesome! This time last year, my coworker and I did a migration where we merged 5 different companies into one and the Spectrum consultant we had was GREAT! The import templates are really cool! There are some accounting features that Spectrum doesn't have that I wish it did. I would like to be able to view a copy of any checks that I cut and I can't do that. It has a very back-office feel. The data entry screens are unforgiving and must be completed in order to continue to the next field. This difficulty lead us to abandon Spectrum for inventory and service work order management after spending thousands extra working with Professional Services to make invoices and reports that worked for our industry.
