TriMatch helps smaller wholesale, distribution and manufacturing finance teams compare supplier invoices with purchase orders and receiving records before approval. It supports partial deliveries, routes price and quantity differences for review, checks for duplicate invoices and records approval decisions. Teams can capture documents, review uncertain extraction results and export accounting data. Connector workflows should be acceptance-tested against the customer’s own accounting setup. TriMatch prepares payment files; it does not hold or transfer vendor funds. Standard plans start at $149/month, with a 30-day card-required trial that charges afterward unless cancelled.
