Trilbii AI is an AI-powered marketing and operations platform designed for dental practices and healthcare businesses. It helps practice teams reduce administrative workloads, streamline marketing, create patient-facing content such as social posts, blogs and review responses, manage policies and procedures, and review marketing content against Australian healthcare advertising regulations. Bringing multiple business functions into one platform, Trilbii helps healthcare practices save time, improve consistency and operate more efficiently. What Trilbii helps with today: - Marketing: social media posts, blog articles and Google review responses written for the practice, its treatments and its tone of voice - Operations: practice manuals, policies and SOPs turned into answers the team can find when they need them, plus team and patient resources - AHPRA advertising checks: marketing content and whole websites screened against AHPRA advertising guidelines and practice guardrails, with anything that may need attention flagged for the practice's review The practice chooses the job it needs done. Trilbii applies the practice's own context, instructions and guardrails, and the team reviews and approves the result before it is used. Nobody needs to learn prompting or start from a blank page. Trilbii works alongside any practice management system and integrates with Dental4Windows and Dental4Web from Centaur Software. Trilbii was founded by Carolyn S Dean, who has more than 20 years in marketing, the last decade specialising in dental and healthcare, working with more than 500 practices across Australia and New Zealand. Co-founder Anthony Middlemiss spent more than two decades in allied health business, building, scaling and successfully exiting his own clinics. Trilbii was developed within the Macquarie University Incubator.
