We outsourced a project to Trigma to develop software for an ecommerce business to uplift the platform with advanced search and navigation features. Ai-powered visual search capabilities were added to allow customers to search for products using images, and AI driven voice serch functionality was implemented as well to make product discovery easier. We faced a big challenge for our FIS fintech project: we needed a system that could easily change as our processes did.

Trigma’s Approach

After a lot of thinking and exploring different ideas, the team decided to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) style setup as the main plan. This took them about five to six months to design, but it was worth it. The system built was super flexible and could handle our tasks and processes no matter how they change.
