TriggerFlow is Windows desktop automation software with fleet monitoring and remote control built in. It automates repetitive work in desktop applications, legacy software and web portals by watching the screen the way a person does, using image matching, OCR, window checks, keyboard and mouse, so it can work where no API exists. Workflows can be recorded, assembled in a visual editor or built by asking ChatGPT or Codex to do the task and saving it as a tested profile (beta). Saved profiles that use standard actions run locally with no AI calls. Each workflow is tested on the real PC, then scheduled with stop rules and bounded retries. The fleet dashboard shows device state, live screenshots, last-seen times and run history, sends email, Slack, Discord or webhook alerts, and allows remote start, stop and full screen control. Automation consultants and MSPs can deploy to client PCs, with a separate account and licence key per client. Pricing is per device.
