## Trigger Reviews
  ### 1. Good for freelancers and small agencies too

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan d. | Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Trigger?**

I was pleasantly surprised by this software during my first trial. Despite its overwhelming UI, it turned out to be quite simple to use. It has been a game changer for me in terms of time tracking and billing. With a bit of discipline, I can easily create tasks from my email. I've even set up the software to automatically forward certain emails to trigger tasks.

While I believe the scheduling feature has the potential to be just as powerful and easy to use as the tasks and time tracking, I haven't had the opportunity or discipline to fully utilize it yet.

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

I wish I had a desktop or mobile app that integrated with Trigger to track my offline activities. As someone who frequently works offsite, this would be incredibly useful for ensuring productivity and precision

**What problems is Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trigger helps me with time and cost tracking, which has been incredibly beneficial for me. With it I am able to easily track my time and costs my project, which has helped improve invoicing clients...

One surprising use was that trigger has helped me to measure the costs associated with non-paying jobs. By tracking the time and costs associated with each project, I am able to track the time I spend traveling, doing small operational shores and working on internal projects!

  ### 2. It’s ok just needs some work with the app responsiveness

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Trigger?**

I like how it has a neat layout. Things are not hard to find

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

I for one just don’t like how it freezes sometimes. I think it needs to be optimized for mobile devices too.

**Recommendations to others considering Trigger:**

I would recommend using it on a desktop more than mobile device. It just seems to respond better.

**What problems is Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me in prioritization of my tasks. It also has a pretty decent time management integration in it. The reports are pretty well organized as well.

Trigger software is a great tool for project management where we can make our project easily and smoothly. Trigger software help in track the project and it is progress. It provides the audio and video features too which makes the project more attractive.

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

Trigger software is an online project management and time tracking software. It is not available for offline. When we do update Trigger software then it is fail to update new features. Trigger software is not good but it is useful on desktop. Trigger software works occasionally and sometime not connect with Wifi. In Trigger software notifications do not help you enough.

**Recommendations to others considering Trigger:**

I recommended it because it is easy to understand for freshers and experience person.

**What problems is Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trigger software make a team in our organisation for solving project issues and gave him right to access to them for update with current situation.

  ### 4. Your organization's solution for monitoring and managing projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Su D. | Construction Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Trigger?**

Accounting records, collections and contractor payments made uninterruptedly and allowed me to be billed regularly without any fuss. You ensure that pricing procedures are arranged for the customer and the contractor accurately and timely. You have the advantage of managing the graphical charts to ensure the completion of the project.

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

Resource management is not the best software I use. It is difficult to keep track of tasks that you have been assigned or partnered with but not assigned to you. Notifications do not help you enough. Billing is not simple / can sometimes be difficult to create correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering Trigger:**

Easily integrates with many useful third-party systems and applications on the market. The product development team listens to your requests and fulfills the recommendations of product development that will positively impact on you.

**What problems is Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a great dashboard that makes it easier to understand your projects in general. Easy to use, can be integrated with the package software you use, Load images to tasks. The timeline function is surprising for a business owner. It won't waste your time.

  ### 5. It is practical to integrate into the existing workflow.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beril O. | CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Trigger?**

It is a wonderful application that helps you successfully manage projects and tasks in your organization. It integrates into your third-party applications and pushes invoices at the click of a button. It has a beautiful dashboard that makes it easy to understand your projects in general.

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

You should have the option of downloading and tagging in pdf format. Because this feature is the standard of today's conditions. As a result, it will be practical to send the desired reports to the users by mail. Control over notifications is not detailed enough. It will be a bit troublesome to keep track of tasks that you have previously been involved in but have not been assigned to.

**Recommendations to others considering Trigger:**

If you apply for customer support, the product development team will take into account the requests and you will be very involved in product development. Quick and simple to set up projects.

**What problems is Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The timeline function is great for a business owner because it is never wasted, and all of your resources are responsible for living expenses. You can browse your budgets at project level or company level.

  ### 6. Simple time and resource management

**What do you like best about Trigger?**

Manage and analyze projects in your organization and manage the cost economy associated with your customers. Time tracking is easy and fast. Repeatedly, you can avoid incorrect entries. It is constantly improving itself by adding new useful features. Helps you move a project seamlessly to all stages.

**What do you dislike about Trigger?**

There's not much I don't like. It takes a bit of effort to keep a record of the tasks you have joined but are not currently assigned to. This is annoying when you have little time. Control over notifications is very redundant and you are out of the loop when you don't intend to use them.

**Recommendations to others considering Trigger:**

You can browse your budgets at project level or company level. The timeline function is great for a business owner because it is never wasted, and all of your resources are responsible for living expenses.
