The ability to integrate with Jira for tracking purposes. We use Jira to create stories and sub-tasks and we link them directly to the associated test cases in qTest so it is easy to find related requirements for all our work in qTest. No testing specific functionality and lack of some reporting ability. Also, with a read only account, you can't leave comments in qTest which doesn't make much sense. I can see a read only account not having ability to edit or delete, but leaving a comment doesn't affect anything and is a really useful part of the tool for test case review.
