Tribii is everything an independent hotel needs to run on its own bookings, in one place. Most small properties hand 15 to 30% of every reservation to platforms that own the guest after checkout. We flip that. Direct bookings come in commission-free, the money lands in your own Stripe, and we never take a cut. Every account starts free, forever, up to 20 rooms: a booking engine, a website builder, an embeddable widget, inventory, payments, reports, guest CRM, and AI onboarding to migrate from whatever you use now. From there the toolkit grows with the house. Booster recovers abandoned bookings and lifts your visibility in AI search. Revenue and analytics tools help you price like a chain. F&B, maintenance, and stock keep operations tight. And when you are ready, a full PMS, housekeeping, and a Channel manager to sync all your OTA bookings. Modern hospitality software, simple enough for anyone, built by former hospitality workers for hoteliers who want their bookings to be theirs.
