The most helpful thing about tribepad is having all our recruitment in one place and have seen the quality in candidates increase since using it. What do you dislike about Tribepad? The only downside to tribepad is sometimes if the system goes down which has happenend a few times for us we cannot get onto our site. What problems is Tribepad solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to reject candiates from another country/no right to work without their Cv hitting our jobs. The candidate interface is very user friendly and we have seen an increase in applicant numbers. Being able to customise application forms has been very beneficial. The build aspect of the ATS was very labour intensive and the involvement required from our side wasn't made clear at the outset.
