I like that I can manage our office spaces and costs with the dashboard. It gives me a clear overview and show the necessary data to act immediately and solve problems for that day or week. As an office manager there are many great features I use, lik emanaging the office setup and users, which is easily updated and very straight forward. No installation required as it is a cloud-solution. We use GSuite integration and you can simply install the Chrome extension from the Google shop. Also, the setup for SSO and user provisioning was straightforward. Acces to calendars is given by individual users, and can be revoked.

Initial setup for the sites was quite easy. We just needed to upload the floorplans and there is an easy interface to add desks and rooms. A great option is that we could add our lockers, which are used frequently while flexworking.

There are some advanced features that have a slight learning curve to properly understand them. For example, setting up the check-in requirements is done on site level, but also needs to be activated for the desk or meeting room. Once you got it, it does allow for different possible setups. We needed a solution to manage our desks and parking spots, so that our team and all the freelancers we work with can easily book a desk or parking spot. We came across Tribeloo and asked for a demo, after this demo we were immediately convinced this was the tool we needed!

The setup was easy and quick. We can now book a desk, parking spot, meeting room, from our own calendar or even from our mobile phones when using the Tribeloo app (and it adds these reservations to your own calendar!). You can also see who is in the office and if there are still some seats available, especially now when returning slowly back to the office this comes in quiet handy! We are a company with many graphic designers that work either on site at a client, work from home or work at our office. Being able to choose when you go to the office or not, and being able to book a desk up front is very handy. We're a large company with multiple locations in Europe and therefor many employees. With Tribeloo we now have a tool to help us in finding specific colleagues and improve working together as an agile team. You can see when and where certain colleagues of the team are at the office and book a desk next to them and also a locker for all their stuff.

I also like the fact that everybody is kept up to date about current company news or events that are happening at different locations.

We are a fan of the interface that is clean and intuitive. The mobile app is also a nice bonus, which is similar to the outlook addin.
