Still waiting for Tribble to fully implement the Identity Provider (IdP) solution to connect Omada's Tribble instance to Omada's Okta instance.

Longform (Word or PDF) RFP projects UI is clunky, not as user friendly as the Excel design.

Also, Tribblelytics Agent doesn't support retrieving full answer text across all RFP projects in "Finish" stage.

When we tell Tribble to limit an answer to a specific character/word count, once Tribble provides the answer, we then ask it to count the characters/words, most times it's far under or over the prescribed limit. We have to ask Tribble again to adjust accordingly, then it does accurately.

Tribble is very agile. It can respond to simple yes/no questions and to long-form responses where it has to come up with examples and other verbiage. It is also very easy to use and 'train'. I like that Tribble is integrated with Slack and has a great UX/UI. It's very easy to use and does not take a lot of experience to get going. The initial setup was easy, and I'm able to add sources and build out prompts pretty easily. I even use Tribble to help me build my prompts. I like Tribble because it helps me save a lot of time when completing RFI's. I find the instant answer retrieval feature really useful, and the confidence scoring allows me to easily and quickly review the information. Instead of manually searching for answers in old RFI's, Tribble automatically pulls them in, making the process much more efficient. I love how Tribble seems to keep learning, specifically around our organization and industry.
