Tribal Habits is an Australian-built learning platform that combines course authoring, an editable content library, and full LMS functionality in a single system. Designed for Australian and New Zealand organisations, Tribal Habits is built so that anyone can build interactive online training without instructional design experience. HR, P&C, and Operations Managers, team leads, and subject matter experts can use the built-in AI-assisted authoring tool to turn existing documents, processes, or expertise into structured, engaging learning content. Training modules are built using 50+ preformatted interactive elements including quizzes, checklists, scenarios, video, flipcards, polls, reflections, and file uploads. The platform includes a library of 400+ training modules covering compliance, safety, and workplace skills. Compliance modules are lawyer-reviewed for AU/NZ legislation. All modules can be used as-is or edited to reflect your organisation's branding and processes, with no SCORM exports required. The LMS layer covers enrolment automation, learning paths, role-based access, custom certificates, and detailed reporting that captures individual responses, not just completions. Tribal Habits is built for Australian and New Zealand organisations of any size that need to manage compliance and capability without a dedicated L&D team. Data is hosted in Australia, the platform is ISO 27001:2022 certified, pricing is based on monthly active users, and support is provided by a Australia based team.
