It’s user-friendly, making clinical trials faster and more efficient. I also appreciate having full control over the trial process, knowing that I can make crucial decisions early on rather than waiting until the end,when delays can often be detrimental. **What do you dislike about Trialize?** Because this tool offers so many capabilities, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, almost like overkill. However, a suggestion to improve it further would be to fine-tune how these features are introduced/ accessible. The training is already self-sufficient, but it can feel like having the engine of a Porsche in a small car, surprising. **What problems is Trialize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to setup, nimble to change things, access to real time insights, control over the trial and easy to use ### 2. The tools are very flexible and very user friendly; it was a significant improvement compared to what we had been using in the past. The pricing of the solution was incredibly advantageous. The implementation and integration are so straightforward and easy. **What do you dislike about Trialize?** Learning to sue the tools and its potential is easy but still took a few days or weeks depending on the use case **What problems is Trialize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our CTMS systems were not solving the day-to-day issues faced by operators, patients and clinics. Our previous solutions were very expensive, inflexible and difficult to use. The result is that most work was done in a manual and sometimes uncompliant way.
