**What do you like best about Trestle?**

Kushal and Jordan are excellent partners and always willing to listen to ideas and problem statements that we face. Trestle goes the extra mile in coming up with solutions. 

The core functionality is great and the quality of data enrichment is as good as any other partner out there, if not better.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

Not many things to dislike about Trestle. I wish a few more of our obscure product requests would get built and be done so quickly. We are looking forward to a long, fruitful partnership with Trestle.

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trestle for data enrichment as well as lead validation. It goes into verifying accuracy of the lead data as well as campaign performance. Our downstream users love the increased quality of our leads as we take this important step in curating the flow of leads.

**What do you like best about Trestle?**

We love working with Trestle, have developed a great relationship with the team, and believe they are the best in the identity data space.

As someone who has used and tested many solutions across a number of companies in my career, I'm blown away my the level of service and product quality that Trestle provides.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

There isn't really anything that I dislike about the service at this time. The team is amazing!

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trestle’s data for verification on our text message campaigns. Trestle’s APIs allow us to filter and weed out bad sign ups/leads, as well as segment geographically. The APIs include comprehensive data that is extremely beneficial for my company.

It’s been great to work with Trestle. Their data APIs are the most accurate that we have tested, so by speaking with them, we were able to see how we could use their products for various use cases of ours.

We really like working with Trestle. No issues

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, we use Trestle for various reasons. One reason is to detect disconnected phone numbers so that we can stop wasting our resources on invalid numbers. Our sales team has seen a significant improvement in answer rates because of Phone Validation API.

There’s many things I like about Trestle. Their willingness to work with us to figure out the best solution for what we needed was extremely helpful. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and their data is incredibly accurate.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

Nothing really to dislike about Trestle.  All of the information, communication, and support were top-tier and I will make sure to recommend to colleagues.

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trestle’s Phone Validation API to pull line type information for our marketing and demand generation efforts. This allows us to segment potential buyers, which ultimately helps increase revenue.

**What do you like best about Trestle?**

Working with Trestle is extremely easy. Their co-founders are veterans in the identity data space and are super knowledgeable about business issues we face daily. Their phone APIs are the best in the market -- I think they are the gold standard,  with coverage and accuracy exceeding anything else I have seen in the market.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

There’s nothing that stands out as unlikable. They are a relatively new company, but because they have many years of experience in the space, I have seen that they know their products well and are familiar with delivering enterprise services.

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trestle's Reverse Phone API to validate our incoming leads and the additional enrichment information helps us serve these leads better via the demographic information provided.

The Trestle API provides reliable, accurate data that allows us to make real time decisions to best serve our client's needs.  Jordan and Kushal go out of their way to help us enhance our service offerings with Trestle data, acting more like a team member than a vendor.   Their timely support and responsiveness  is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

Nothing to report here.   100% positive experience.

Trestle enhances the accuracy of our call routing platform with real time caller information that allows us to route callers optimally based on client requirements.

Trestle allows us to stack rank our leads and contacts to prioritize which of our outreach efforts are driven by our sales team versus marketing automation. This is so important as we have a small team, and we need to ensure we are spending the time we have on the best possible activities and contacts.

There’s many things I like about Trestle, but the quality of actionable insights their APIs give exceeds any other. Their APIs are developer-friendly, and their customer service is very responsive.

There’s not a lot of things to dislike. We haven’t had any issues with them so far.

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trestle phone solutions equip our business to validate incoming callers and get necessary enrichment that we can easily enter into our CRM with a single click. This reduces our call handling times by 15-20% and thus improves our overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about Trestle?**

We have worked with trestle data for almost a year and found their data reliable and their team easy to work with. We primarily use their reverse address data and leverage their reverse phone data. In both cases, the data is high quality, and their infrastructure has proven to be reliable.

**What do you dislike about Trestle?**

Their dashboard reporting lacks some detail in terms of call volumes over time. We either have to keep up with that information ourselves or reach out to them for manual reporting on this.

**What problems is Trestle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Household-level data and reverse phone lookups for inbound callers. Data is flexible and leveraged in a variety of ways by our platforms including identity verification.
