TressyPOS is an all-in-one salon, spa and barbershop platform where the point of sale and the accounting are the same system, not two products exchanging files. Billing works online and offline: if the connection drops, bills are queued on the device and sync automatically when it returns. A single ticket can be split across cash, card and bank, with a different staff member credited on each service line. Every sale, expense, purchase, staff advance, salary and bank transfer posts as a journal entry to a customisable chart of accounts, so Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, receivable and payable ageing and a fixed-asset register stay live. A day-close Z-Report reconciles the cash drawer every night, and a daily Books Health Check flags anything that does not tie out. Staff clock in by face recognition, passcode or biometric terminal (ZKTeco, eSSL, Realtime and other push devices connect directly). Payroll then calculates base pay, service commission, tips, overtime, advances and staff loans with automatic instalment recovery, and issues payslips. Also included: round-the-clock online booking, a master calendar per stylist or therapist, client history, loyalty, gift cards, memberships and prepaid packages held as real liabilities, bulk WhatsApp reminders and marketing, an academy and course-fee module, multi-branch head-office control with a ledger per branch, owner-defined role permissions, and a full activity log of every edit, void and approval.
