A few months ago, I was rushing to prepare training resources for our long-term Dortmund external vocational partner before a new semester started. I was multitasking with student registration work and carelessly granted full edit and delete permissions instead of view-only access to their team. During their routine folder tidying, one of their staff permanently deleted our only original signed trainee final assessment PDF for a key vocational course module.
