I really like the link sharing security features. I'm wary about a doc link floating around for forever, like in Google drive, and the time and account limits give me peace of mind. Allowing the creation of links to specific files makes sharing much easier within my organisation, and also allows easy sharing of large amounts of/heavy files wexternally. Tresorit is sometimes slow, and less fluid than using the default Mac Finder for file management, for example. This leads me to primarily using Finder, and only actually opening/interacting with Tresorit when I want to create an external share link (as Finder lets me create internal share links without opening Tresorit). I like the icon in the top menu bar that gives instant access to the current sync status. If a file has not been updated, sometimes you have to 'push' it through by adding a new folder in that place in the file structure and that seems to push the update through. Tresorit is easy to use, the server structure is reliable and the service can be integrated into almost all structures used in offices with various add-ons. Synchronisation is always fast and there are never problems with different versions of folders and files, even across different devices, as is the case with some competitors. Onboarding process was smooth and seamless. Generally Tresorit is easy to use for teams like ours where multiple teams need to collaborate. The app is much slower to navigate and use than the windows folder integration. At times, inviting external users (from outside the organisation) is challenging.
