Trenon verifies manual assembly in real time from the operator's point of view. A camera in industrial safety glasses or a headband sees each step as it is performed and checks it against the required process: presence, position and sequence. When a step is missing or wrong, a spoken alert tells the operator exactly what to fix before the unit moves on. Trenon is set up per station from the plant's work instruction, so it is not tied to one part, product or industry. Common checks include wire harness routing, connector seating, missing parts, assembly sequence and variants, in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, heavy equipment and packing. Trenon runs on local compute inside the plant, monitors the work and not the worker, and goes live on one station in about three weeks.
