**What do you like best about Trendspek?**

I'm quite happy about the reporting features of Trendspek. Modern-day inspections with Trendspek happens on the desktop, inspection & reporting combined, and I can get to measure all the defects and describe the precise locations of defects and key observations.

**What do you dislike about Trendspek?**

It gets crushed a bit too often while working on bigger models.

**What problems is Trendspek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Desktop inspections and reporting. 

We don't have to use special access methods like EWPs or ropes access, therefore it's cheaper and safer.

**What do you like best about Trendspek?**

Speedy, cloud-based and easy to use.  Customer service is good.  V2 interface much improved with much greater functionality.

**What do you dislike about Trendspek?**

Sometimes slow confirmation that our locally processed models are successfully uploaded.  Some external clients worry about vendor lock-in.

**What problems is Trendspek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective planned preventative maintenance on roofs across a wide range of different assets.  Also building safety cases for fire management in tower blocks (especially community housing).
